With over 25 years of experience, Michael Silhol has been guiding healthcare providers through an increasingly complex regulatory environment, allowing them to achieve their financial, operational and strategic goals. Michael is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He was General Counsel at Radiologix, Inc., a publicly-traded national provider of diagnostic imaging services, and Parkland Health and Hospital System, one of the nation’s largest and most well-known public hospitals. Michael also was the Vice President of Legal Operations for Triad Hospitals, Inc. and Operations Counsel for HCA, Inc.

Mr. Kovar has worked extensively with business owners and health care providers all over the country. As CEO of HealthTrust Software, he has a unique understanding of the health care industry and an in depth knowledge of business operations. His honest, innovative and intelligent approach helps his clients save time, money and energy. His experience allows for more informed decisions, which bring better results. Mr. Kovar received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. He has a BA in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Brian L. Bunt is a native of Longview, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University, receiving his B.A. in Political Science in 1986. He obtained his law degree from Baylor University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Mock Trial Team and named a moot court top-ten speaker.

Following law school, Mr. Bunt joined the firm of Roberts, Hill & Calk, in Longview, achieving the rank of partner.
