Former public defender and former Assistant Attorney General. I am a solo practitioner with focus on cases in Williamson, Jackson, Franklin and Jefferson counties. I am major (retired) from the Army Reserve where I served 6 years as a Senior Military Defense Counsel in the JAG Corp. I am married and have one son.

DUI lawyer for over ten years and author of two books explaining DUI law to non-attorneys. Former courtroom attorney for two of Southern Illinois' largest bankruptcy law firms. I always have plenty of time for my clients, am available for after or before hour calls. We work together as a team. You can participate as little or as much as you prefer.

Andrew T. Flynn is a 2011 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law. While at SIU, Andrew was a member of the School of Law’s Trial Team that successfully competed in several national trial competitions. Prior to joining the Lawler Brown Law Firm in 2017, Andrew worked at Tetzlaff, Flynn & Associates, P.C. in Marion, while focusing on Divorce and Family Law, Guardianships and Estates, Criminal Defense, and Business Formation and Transactions.

I adhere to the enduring philosophy that honesty, commitment, and personal service are the starting points for any good attorney-client relationship. I pride myself on putting my clients needs first and being a strong advocate on their behalf. In this regard, I have exceptionally strong skills in the areas of legal research, analysis, writing and advocacy. I am admitted and practice in the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern District of Illinois and before the U.S. Seventh Judicial Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.
