Christine L. Bartlett joined Ferguson Law in 2011. A lifelong Bloomington resident, Christine attended Indiana University for undergrad, where she majored in Art History and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Mauer School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Christine has served on the Monroe County Apartment Association Board since 2013 and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.

David Ferguson joined the firm in 1981. His practice areas include General Civil Litigation; Insurance Law -- defense and coverage issues; Real Estate -- commercial transactions, litigation, planning and zoning, and historic renovation; Business Litigation; School Law; and Employment Law. David is a member of the American and Indiana State Bar Associations, the Monroe County Bar Association, National School Boards Association, Indiana Council of School Attorneys, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. I am originally from Knoxville, TN. I moved to Louisville for law school and I loved the city. In law school, I was very interested in the classes I took on business law. My practice is generally related to defense and litigation. My personal hobbies include running (3 marathons), woodworking and sports.

I am partner with the Indiana Office of Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Indiana University Southeast where I was named Outstanding Student in Political Science for the academic year 1985-86. I graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1989 after receiving a law scholarship. I served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Clark County, Indiana from 1990 to 1998, handling major Felony cases, including several murder trials.

I started at May Oberfell Lorber as a law clerk in 2000. Upon graduation from law school, I became an associate, progressed to partnership, and have been with MOL ever since.
