Hamp Skelton grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Princeton University in 1978 and from the University of Texas School of Law in 1981. Katherine is an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and North Carolina. She holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from The State University of New York at Oneonta and a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Law. While in law school, Katherine clerked with United States Federal District Court Judge Thomas J.McAvoy and interned with the California Attorney General’s Office.
