Kansas native, graduated from Kansas University Law School in 1982. Engaged in private practice of law, practice limited to civil matters; personal injury, consumer matters, landlord tenant, estate planning, real estate and business transactions.

While in law school Ms. Richards completed an externship with the Riley County Attorney’s Office. Ms. Richards began practicing in 2012 and has experience handling civil and criminal matters including domestic relations, bankruptcy, criminal defense, appellate practice, real estate, landlord/tenant, personal injury, and collections. Ms. Richards’ domestic relations experience includes; divorces involving members of the military, child custody, child support, paternity, Protection from Abuse, Protection from Stalking, the division of farm assets in divorce, step-parent adoption, post-divorce litigation and appellate practice.

Gary Denning has practiced law in Central Kansas for over 30 years. He has lived in Salina since graduating from Salina Central. His legal education was at The University of Kansas.

Gary has taken a leadership role in the Salina community, having been elected to the Salina USD 305 School Board 4 times. He has also been on the governing boards of Ashby House, DVACK, and the Salina Parks and Recreation Commission.

In addition to representing the parties to divorce and custody cases, he has also represented children as Guardian Ad Litem in dozens of Central Kansas cases.

Samantha has been licensed since 2000 and has collected well over a million dollars on behalf of clients who have suffered personal injuries. We have represented clients involved in serious highway tractor-trailer accidents and clients involved in more minor auto accidents. We have also assisted numerous clients whose family members have been abused and/or neglected while in the care of nursing homes. Samantha was previously employed by an insurance defense firm, which has given her valuable insight into the manner in which injury cases will be defended by the insurance company. I was admitted to practice in 1988 and since that time have been in continual private practice. I am a member of the Kansas Women's Attorney's Association, The Topeka Area Bankruptcy Counsel and the Riley County Bar Association. I am a past President of the Riley County Bar Association and have appeared twice before the United States Supreme Court and routinely appear in Federal Court.
