Estate Planning was always the area in which I wanted to practice and I took the courses in law school that would give me a solid background in this area of the law. Courses in Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Business Law, were very much a part of my curriculum. I graduated from the Washburn University Law School in December of 1982 and have practiced law in Kansas ever since. Monica S. Cameron began her legal career working as a legal assistant in a family law firm during college. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washburn University and earned a full-tuition scholarship to Washburn Law School. Monica gained trial experience as an Assistant District Attorney before opening her own law practice. Monica has managed her own firm for over ten years. Monica was a Limited Case Manager for several years, mediating agreement between parents and testifying in contested custody case. Her practice focuses exclusively on family law cases.

I am a native of West Wichita and graduated from Maize High School. After high school, I attended Kansas State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with an emphasis on Criminology, in 2013. Samantha has been licensed since 2000 and has collected well over a million dollars on behalf of clients who have suffered personal injuries. We have represented clients involved in serious highway tractor-trailer accidents and clients involved in more minor auto accidents. We have also assisted numerous clients whose family members have been abused and/or neglected while in the care of nursing homes. Samantha was previously employed by an insurance defense firm, which has given her valuable insight into the manner in which injury cases will be defended by the insurance company. Gary Denning has practiced law in Central Kansas for over 30 years. He has lived in Salina since graduating from Salina Central. His legal education was at The University of Kansas.

Gary has taken a leadership role in the Salina community, having been elected to the Salina USD 305 School Board 4 times. He has also been on the governing boards of Ashby House, DVACK, and the Salina Parks and Recreation Commission.

In addition to representing the parties to divorce and custody cases, he has also represented children as Guardian Ad Litem in dozens of Central Kansas cases.
