Jeremy Pruitt was born and raised in Murray, Calloway County, Kentucky. Jeremy attended and graduated from Calloway County High School. Jeremy is excited to return to his hometown of Murray and bring his big city firm experience and resources back to Murray to serve the people of Murray and Western Kentucky. Austin Kennady is a native of McCracken County. He grew up in the Heath community and is a 2007 honors graduate of Heath High School. Austin graduated from the University of Kentucky cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2011. While at UK, Austin participated in the Student Government Association, Sigma Chi Fraternity where he served as treasurer of their charity event, and worked as treasurer for a student investment group. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2014.

Jessica Flinn is a native of Anna, Illinois, a small town in the Southern most tip of the state. She completed a bachelors degree in Zoology and a minor in Environmental Studies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2004. Jessica then continued her education at Vermont Law School, and earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2007. Shortly thereafter, she joined the Chittenden County State's Attorney's Office in Burlington, Vermont working as a state prosecutor on misdemeanor and felony offenses.

Over twenty years experience handling employment law and civil rights matters. My practice began representing large employers in defending such claims but, since 2007, I have represented both employees (or former employees) who have been victims of discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, unpaid overtime and wages, and other employment law matters and small employers wrongly accused of misconduct. I have successfully tried cases before juries and prevailed in the appellate courts. My main focus is always on doing my best to represent my client's interest, whether that is trial, settlement, appeal, etc.
