Attorney James Teigland is a Moorhead native who graduated from Park Christian High School of Moorhead in 2006 and attended Minnesota State University Moorhead where he studied Economics until he graduated in 2010. Mr. Teigland attended William Mitchell College of Law from 2010-2013, and is licensed to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota. Christopher (Chris) Huether joined the firm in October of 2007 and he became a partner in July of 2011. His practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, real estate, consumer bankruptcy, and family law.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Morris in 2004, and welcomed the opportunity to return to West-Central Minnesota.

Nicholas T. Adams is an associate attorney at Pemberton Law’s Alexandria office. He is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Real Estate group.

Nick completed his undergraduate studies at Concordia College, Moorhead where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Business. Through Concordia College, Nick had the opportunity to spend a semester living, studying, and working in Washington, D.C. where he worked for the Public Defender’s Service.
