Since 2005, individuals and businesses have entrusted me to advise them on their legal matters. With a broad range of legal knowledge and attention to detail, I strive to effectively and efficiently represent my clients. I have recently moved to Richland Center, Wisconsin along with my wife as it is her hometown. Kristen S. Scheuerman joined the Herrling Clark Law Firm in 2011 as an Associate Attorney, after clerking with the firm for over a year. In 2016, she was named a Partner/Shareholder. Kristen’s practice is primarily devoted to personal injury litigation, although she also handles municipal prosecution for a local municipality.

Richard focuses his practice on personal injury cases, as well as representing individuals who have been injured at work. Grew up in Chicago, Illinois. Attended Northwestern University and graduated with BA in history in 1986. Attended University of Baltimore Law School and graduated with a JD in 1991. Resided in Oshkosh, Wisconsin since 1992. Married with two children.

Lindsey primarily practices in the areas of real estate, business, and municipal law. She understands that regardless of your legal needs, you need practical solutions, and she is dedicated to finding the right solution for you. Tyler Claringbole joined Herrling Clark Law Firm in 2015 after previously working at the Firm as a law clerk.

Tyler has a general practice with an emphasis on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, banking, employment law, commercial and residential real estate, and municipal law. Tyler also currently serves as a Commissioner of Condemnation for Outagamie County, a position to which he was appointed by the Outagamie County Circuit Court judges.

Bryant Ray received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in December 2016. In law school, Mr. Ray held board positions on the Student Bar Association, the Public Interest Law Foundation, and the Legal Assistance for Disaster Relief organization.
