Belinda J. Kunczt was born in California, at Beale Air Force Base in 1971, and grew up in northern Indiana. She attended University of Miami, Florida and Ball State University where she played basketball receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Administration/Criminal Justice in 1995 from Ball State.

Her history with the firm is extensive. She started working at Montross Miller Muller Mendelson & Kennedy LLP in 1996 as a paralegal. John has a B.A. in Spanish and Communications from the University of Louisville and worked as an editor for a decade before returning to school and earning his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He is a member of Kentucky Bar Association and the Kentucky Justice Association.

Kaitlin Coons holds a B.A. with triple majors in Psychology, Communications, and Telecommunications from Indiana University and a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. In law school, she served as the Assistant Chief Justice for her school’s moot court tournament and a tutor for the Dean’s Tutorial Society in Civil Procedure. She has experience in a wide variety of practice areas including: subrogation, criminal law, intellectual property, business law, and litigation. Kaitlin is licensed to practice in Indiana.
