Born in Connecticut. Graduated high school in 1977 from LaLumiere School, LaPorte, Indiana. Married to Chiara Duggan (nee: Rossi) 1986. Four children. Founded Duggan Law Office Co, LPA in 1996. Fulton County Assistant Prosecutor from 1993 to 1995 in Wauseon, Ohio.

Clay practices principally in the areas of personal injury. He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2008 and is currently serving in leadership roles as a member of the YMCA’s Executive Board, the CCNO Citizens Advisory Committee, and the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Association for Justice. Jennifer is a native of Northwest Ohio. She graduated Cum Laude from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1996. After completing her undergraduate degree, she worked for two years at a local counseling agency as a mental health social worker for chronically mentally ill patients, networking these individuals with community resources and providing supportive services to prevent in-patient hospitalizations. Daniel R. Michel is a past President of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), the state trial lawyers organization that advocates for the rights of consumers and injured persons.
