Thomas J DeBacco began practicing law in Columbus, Ohio after graduating from Capital Law School. He opened a second office in Port Clinton, Ohio, but his office still has clients all over the state of Ohio. Recently, Patrick Mancinetti was made partner and is now the managing owner of the firm. Our focus is on criminal defense and our office continues the fight that Tom DeBacco began years ago- to fight in court for your rights.

Jim’s main areas of practice include: Civil Litigation; Business Law; Municipal Law; Real Estate; Wills, Trusts & Estates; and Landlord/Tenant disputes. Jim also represents a number of Municipalities including the Villages of: Marblehead; Monroeville; Oak Harbor; and Milan, and the Townships of: Sandusky; Washington; and Ballville. John primarily works in the areas of commercial and residential real estate. John has represented developers of planned unit developments, condominiums, and subdivision development, including initial due diligence, purchase documentation, zoning, building codes, restrictions, purchase agreements, and closings. The firm, as part of their relationship with Hartung Title, works daily analyzing and correcting title issues. Graduated from Columbian High school in 1979. Graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1982 and from the University of Toledo College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1984. Admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1985. Has been practicing in Tiffin, Ohio at Eberly & Eberly ever since.

Amanda graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelors in Criminal Justice and a masters in Special Education from Cleveland State University. After graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Amanda passed both the Ohio and Michigan bar exams, and was admitted to practice law in both states. While attending law school, Amanda was a quarterfinalist in the renowned G. Mennon Williams Moot Court Competition and a member of the American Inns of Courts Program.
