I began my legal career in general civil litigation in Sacramento focusing on real estate, business and employment law. I shifted focus to the areas of estate planning, trust and probate administration, opening LifePath Law in late 2006. My practice evolved to include litigation regarding trusts and estates, such as will contests, financial elder abuse, care custodian issues, and trustee fiduciary duties.

Zachary Rayo brings experience, efficiency and empathy to estate planning. Mr. Rayo’s approach is people-centered. He recognizes that the legal needs and special issues differ from client to client, that each person is unique, with unique needs that must be met with efficiency, active listening and care. Mr. Rayo knows the importance of social responsibility which manifests not only in ethical decisions and practices but also in involvement in socially important causes.

I am an attorney at the Law Offices of Daniel A. Hunt. I practice trust and estate litigation. I grew up in the Sacramento area. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as an educator for 20 years. I graduated from Lincoln Law School and worked as a Deputy District Attorney prior to joining the Law Offices of Daniel Hunt. I am a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and Placer County Bar Association. Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball with my wife and five sons.
