Attorney David J. Bischmann is a life-long Wisconsin resident, earned an undergraduate degree, with distinction, in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1991. From 1993 to 1995, he served as law clerk to Wisconsin Court of Appeals Judge Harry S.
