1997 Graduate Baylor University School of Law. 1985 Honors Graduate University of North Texas with a BBA in Real Estate Investments and Analysis. Commercial real estate executive and analyst in both the public and private sectors for 10+ years prior to attending law school. As a solo practitioner has represented clients in a wide array of cases from multi-million dollar medical malpractice cases to nationwide class-action lawsuits involving over 100 clients, to family law matters involving aggressively contested divorces and custody cases.

Attorney Melissa O'Neal was born and raised in Northeast Texas. After graduating from East Texas State University in 1996, she relocated to Tyler, Texas where she worked as a paralegal for Foley & Coley until December of 2000.
