David was born and raised in Baltimore. He attended Calvert Hall College High School and Graduated from Towson University with a B.A. in International Studies. After spending over 5 years as a Securities Analyst for a Fortune 500 Financial Firm, he attended the University of Baltimore School of Law. Charles currently focuses his practice on workers' compensation and personal injury law, representing those injured on the job and those injured due to do someone else's negligence. His practice area covers the entire state of Maryland.

Mr. Schultz began his legal career representing municipal employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims. With his knowledge of defense tactics and strategies, Charles now brings a unique perspective to the benefit of his clients. He frequently conducts seminars to local unions and workers, advising them of their legal rights under the workers' compensation laws of Maryland.
