I grew up in Austin, attended Baylor, lived in Dallas with my wife for a number of years before moving to Fort Worth, started a family, and opened my practice.

I began my career in Los Angeles, defending doctors and hospitals in malpractice suits. After relocating to Texas in 1999, I have focused on representing those injured by the negligence of a third party.

Shawn’s practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation including: intellectual property litigation (patent, trademark, and trade secret), commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights, and employment law.
