Wayne Sinnett, the founder of Sinnet Law. A lawyer passionate about consumer rights, he’s a man of service, to both the country and its citizens.

After 9/11, Wayne enlisted in the Marines and served as an explosives technician. After his military service, Wayne went on to attend California State University San Marcos and earn a dual degree in Criminology and Sociology. After receiving his diplomas, he was offered an academic scholarship to California Western School of Law. There, he developed his strong interest for consumer protection law, which is all about representing and fighting for the rights of everyday people.

Mr. Sherman received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to practice in California in 1988. Mr. Sherman's practice focuses on business and real estate. He assists his clients in litigation (in State and Federal Court) and ADR (alternate dispute resolution), such as mediation and arbitration. Mr. Sherman is also licensed to practice law in Texas.

I have a general civil practice, emphasizing real estate, personal injuries and collections. I presently have cases in San Joaquin, Alameda, Santa Clara and Stanislaus counties. As a sole practitioner I am the attorney who handles all aspects of all of my cases. I have 39 years experience, and I try to settle cases when possible, otherwise I try to get the best results without unnecessary problems and costs.

I represent businesses and individuals in breach of contract matters including sales of goods, services rendered, leasing disputes, and collection matters. I also have many years of experience enforcing judgments.
