Ashley Wilburn was born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland and is a North Hagerstown High School alumnus. Ashley’s current practice emphasizes family law, including divorce, alimony, marital property distribution, child custody, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial (separation) agreements, enforcement and post-divorce matters, step-parent and private party adoptions, and child welfare. Her practice also includes estate planning, wills and trust, probate and estate administration, and commercial, contract and civil litigation. Jason Morton is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1994. Jason served as a law clerk in the Circuit Court for Washington County before practicing with Strite and Schildt, P.A. He was an adjunct professor of Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Constitutional Law and Legal Ethics at Kaplan University. He joined our firm in 2011.
