Richard B. Linderman is a partner in Herrick's Community Association Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on advising condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowner associations on matters including daily operations, the creation and enforcement of restrictive covenants and regulations, developer transition, fair housing compliance, construction defects, and civil litigation. I am a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and of the State of New York, as well as being admitted in the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, and Southern and Eastern Districts of the State of New York.
