My practice focuses on personal injury litigation and worker's compensation in the State of New York, with an emphasis on construction, medical malpractice and employment discrimination matters. Michael Zisser graduated from Boston University, magna cum laude, with a degree in English and Philosophy in 2007. He then earned a Masters Degree in English Literature from NYU prior to attending Hofstra Law School where he graduated cum laude, was a member of the Hofstra Law Review and was President and Editor-in-Chief of the Moot Court Board. Alex is dedicated to assisting participants in the construction process to understand and resolve the particular legal and business issues that are a part of any construction project. His practice is focused on assisting owners (from public institutions and institutional developers to private developers and individuals) in meeting and solving the challenges of construction.
