Riley’s strong desire for justice and fairness led her to the practice of law, where she strives to ensure her clients receive compassionate and meaningful representation. Prior to joining Bliss Law Group, Riley represented youth and young adults at a Pierce County non-profit civil law firm. Growing up in a military family, she moved around to various locations, including North Carolina and Germany, until her family landed in Washington. Since starting my practice in 2003, I have emphasized the provision of competent legal services at a cost which is adjusted for the client's particular situation. Hiring a lawyer is expensive for many reasons, but to the extent possible, I have tried to right size the fees we charge the client with the client's household income.

I focus my practice primarily in the family law area and have a great deal of experience in divorces, annulments, legal separations, child support modifications, parenting plan modifications and non parental custody cases.

Ingrid attended Seattle University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2015. In law school, she served as the secretary for the Latinx Law Student Association and dedicated her time to helping communities in need through volunteering and internships with The Defender Association Dependency Department, Northwest Justice Project’s foreclosure assistance program, the Legal Action Center in Seattle, and Snohomish County Legal Services.
