Fred has extensive litigation experience in divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and post-judgment enforcement matters, as well as in the preparation of pre-nuptial agreements. Fred is also a divorce and custody mediator. He completed the Rutgers Law School course on divorce mediation and has successfully mediated many matters. Fred is also trained in the new and growing field of collaborative divorce law, which enables a divorcing couple to resolve all marital issues in a non-confrontational and cost effective manner.

Nicole focuses her practice on the area of family law including advising clients on matters involving divorce, custody, spousal support, child support, equitable distribution and domestic violence. She is well versed in drafting complex pre and post judgment motions as well as nondissolution applications. She also counsels clients in negotiating and drafting marital settlement agreements.

In 2017 Nicole became an accredited New Jersey Family and Divorce Mediator and is able to serve both individuals and attorneys in this capacity.
