I am a sole practitioner who has been specializing in Criminal Defense and Personal Bankruptcy Law for over 20 years. I handle all aspects of criminal law, including DWI defense and traffic matters.

I am admitted to practice in all of the courts of the State of New York, as well as the Northern District of New York.

I have been practicing criminal and family law (no divorce) for 40 years. I have handled thousands of cases and taken numerous criminal cases to trial with good results. I am regularly in court and am familiar with the judges and prosecutors. As part of my family law practice I regularly represent children in Family Court. I take many Continuing Legal Education courses to keep my skills up to date.

Seth Azria was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and has a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from New York Law School. During law school, I was a student attorney at Hiscock Legal Aid in Syracuse doing unemployment insurance, family law and divorce cases, worked at legal aid on Social Security overpayment matters and at the Oneida County Public Defender's office. I was able to take the bar exam early and began working as an Assistant Public Defender in Chenango County and was quickly promoted to First Assistant Public Defender.
