I have practiced trust and estate law in the Birmingham, Alabama area for over twenty-two years. I primarily help people who are dealing with problems involving trusts and estates. That means I do will contests, trust contests, and all other litigation regarding trusts and estates. This also means that I help my clients with trusts and estates when the disputes aren't what most would think of as "full-blown" litigation. I graduated High School from Vestavia Hills, and am a long-time Birmingham native. After graduating from the University of Alabama, I formed a Mortgage Company, and attended law school at Birmingham School of law.

My practice centers around Real Estate matters, and Probate law. I have additional expertise in Family Law &
Corporation law.

In the summer of 2018, I purchased and moved my offices to my new location on Braddock Drive.

Robert grew up in the Bessemer, Alabama area and graduated from Hueytown High School. After attending The University of Alabama, Robert earned his Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law, where he was an honors graduate and a member of the Mock Trial Team. When away from his practice, Robert and his wife enjoy spending time at the lake with their dogs. Robert practice areas include criminal defense, personal injury, and domestic relations.
