Sarah Anne Lishman was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, where she graduated with honors from Communications Arts High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University in 2005, majoring in History and minoring in English. I was raised in Schertz, Texas and went from elementary through high school in the SCUC ISD (Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City). He moved to Alpine, Texas for college, and graduated in three years, and met his wife who is from Marion, Texas. He then moved to Michigan for law school, and graduated in only two years. Adam was practicing law by the age of 24, in Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe County.

I retired from the Air Force in the grade of colonel after having served 29 1/2 years active duty. I was a three-time commander at the detachment, squadron and group levels. My first passion is caring about and caring for families in the broader community because they are the foundation of our nation. My other passion is to continue what I did while on active duty - caring about and caring for servicemembers, federal civil servants and families -- whether still serving or in retirement -- in honor of their contributions to our nation.

I grew up in the small town of Hallettsville, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. Prior to law school I worked as a petroleum landman where I researched title to land for oil and gas companies. I continued to work as a landman during and after law school. My extensive knowledge in tracing mineral title and conducting genealogy research helped me make a natural transition into probate law and estate planning.
