Attorney Marilyn Toland is a graduate of Fisk University and Yale Law School. The daughter of civil rights activists, Marilyn grew up in Tuskegee, Alabama where she witnessed how the law can be used to change people's lives. The firm's mission is to help clients hold on to the assets they have worked to acquire, care for the ones they love and create a meaningful legacy. Toland Law is celebrating our 15th anniversary. Anne Murdica joined Secor, Cassidy & McPartland, P.C. as an Associate assisting in civil litigation and Workers’ Compensation matters. She has a background in drug and medical device product liability defense litigation, which was her primary focus while practicing law in New York City. After moving to Connecticut, her generalized practice included contract drafting, residential real estate transactions, estate planning and general litigation.

Attorney Steven L. Rubin has earned the distinction of Certified Elder Law Attorney from the National Elder Law Foundation. He has been in training for his dream job as an attorney, since he was 5 years old. His trustworthy, shoot-from-the-hip, “pull no punches” approach is appreciated by clients. Aaron focuses his legal practice in the areas of business, tax, and estate planning at the law firm of Hershman Legal Group, P.C. While at the University of Connecticut School of Law, Aaron concentrated his studies in advance tax planning, including corporate, partnership, business, and estate planning. Aaron also focused his studies in the area of elder law, including Title 19 (Medicaid) planning.
