For over 35 years, Joseph Candito has been providing effective and compassionate legal representation to individuals and families in Hamilton, Clermont, Butler and Warren Counties. My primary practice is in Probate, Estate Planning, Criminal, and Family Law; and have experience in a wide variety of legal issues including but not limited to Small Business Incorporation, Residential Real Estate Practice and Personal Injury matters. We are a full service general practice firm.

James primarily practices in immigration law. Prior to joining Wanglaw, James worked as a solo practitioner and worked with Mallory Law Office, LLC. James represented and advised individuals and entities on matters regarding business formation, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate including resolving business disputes, tax matters, finance projects, and drafting and reviewing leases, and many others. Outside of work, James enjoys playing golf and volleyball with friends, volunteering, and reading. He also speaks fluent Korean.

I have been a practicing attorney focusing on all types of injury cases (automobile accidents, products liability, workers' compensation, etc.), wills and estates, probate, social security disability and domestic relations cases for over 30 years. I have extensive experience in all of those areas and have an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell for over 17 years--the highest rating an attorney may have. I am a member of the American and Ohio Associations for Justice as well as a member of local bar associations.

From a career that has spanned the globe, Nancy Wagner has brought the breadth of her experience to her hometown, with a commitment to represent local families in their estate planning and probate needs. Tara is a native of Oxford, Ohio with strong ties to the community. She received her BA degree from Miami University in 1996. After a year of post-college work in Atlanta, Georgia, Tara returned to Cincinnati to work for the Mercy Health System in public relations. She went to law school at Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. Mr. Logan was admitted to practice before all Ohio and federal courts including the Ohio State Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court. He concentrates his practice primarily in civil trial litigation, especially in personal injury, products liability and family law.

He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and serves on committees including Arbitration, Domestic Relations, and Negligence Law.

I graduated in 1970 with a pharmacy degree and then with a law degree in 1973. I taught Pharmacy Law and business law at the Un of Cincinnati Coll of Pharmacy as an adjunct Prof for 25 years. I practiced law generally in business real estate, title work and estate and probate matters. I have had experience before the Board of Pharmacy and other Administrative agencies and 501 c 3 matters.
