Attorney, Gillis E. (Beau) Powell III, has dedicated most of his practice to criminal cases. He began his career by working at the Office of the State Attorney, prosecuting both felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. As a former prosecutor, he can evaluate your criminal case from the state's perspective and provide legal insight into what the State can or cannot prove in your case.

William R. Wade has practiced criminal defense law for 29 years in Kentucky, Alabama and Florida. He is the President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (2014-2015). He is admitted to practice in all Florida State and Federal Courts. While his principal physical office is in Milton, Mr. Wade practices in all courts of the 1st Judicial Circuit.

James F. Turner, Jr. earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida where he was a member of the Sigma Iota Epsilon business fraternity. After completing his undergraduate studies, he studied law on a full scholarship at the Florida State University College of Law where he earned his law degree. He began his legal career as a prosecutor in Tallahassee, Florida at the age of 23, making him one of the youngest prosecutors in the state. Our practice is located in Milton, Florida, which is my home town. Therefore, I especially enjoy practicing in and around this area and find helping people very rewarding.
