Brad McLelland grew up in a suburb of Atlanta. He attended Auburn University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Arts degree. From there he was admitted into the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, Mr. McLelland was able to study abroad as well as intern for two large insurance defense firms which represented many of the nation’s largest insurers and companies. Mr. McLelland excelled during law school and graduated at the top of his class, magna cum laude.

Patrick has a strong belief that people deserve justice who have suffered an injustice or injury as a result of someone's negligence, recklessness, or abuse of power. Because of this strong belief, he has devoted his career to serving individuals.

Over the course of his career he has represented those accused of crimes, those injured by other's negligence, those going through family law and child custody disputes, and immigrants before USCIS.

Genghis hails from the Buckeye State. He attended the Ohio State University for undergrad and graduate studies where he majored in post-colonial literature and hoped to become a college professor.

Genghis enjoys spending time with his daughter and reading at least three books a month in his leisure time.

As an attorney he believes that all citizens should have access to justice.

David is a Partner of The Manely Firm, P.C. in Savannah, Georgia and has established himself as a thought leader in domestic and international family law. He has served as the adjunct professor of Family Law at Savannah Law School and was the adjunct professor of Domestic Relations at Savannah Law School from 2015 to 2019.
