John Myers returned to his hometown to live and practice in 1988 and has been representing people (the injured and consumers) since that time. He also served as Municipal Court Judge for the City of St. Marys for 12 years from 1991-2003. John Myers offers clients a wide range of legal services. John has represented the rights of the injured since his admission to the bar in 1985. He has helped hundreds of consumers in bankruptcy matters as well. Since 2014, he has served as County Attorney for Camden County, Georgia.

My focus is to ensure the outcome my clients have been searching for. I specialize in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 and a fresh start, because we all deserve that. I have been practicing Bankruptcy Law since 1996. My staff and I are here to ensure 100% satisfaction.

What is zealous advocacy? I come from a family of attorneys and judges, so the study of law is something I grew up appreciating. I believe in defending the Constitution and zealously advocating for my clients. Sometimes clients misunderstand what zealous advocacy means. It does not mean we do anything the client wants. It means we apply the law to the facts of a case and advise based on our understanding of that application.
