I am a Colorado lawyer working to assist individuals and businesses with business, property, and litigation matters. My practice is centered in northern Colorado. I have a special interest in property law, which includes easements and access issues, land use, boundary issues, conveyancing, title issues, HOA law, landlord/tenant matters, and eminent domain. I also have significant experience litigating property, business, and contract matters at the trial court level and appeals.

After serving in the U.S. Navy where I first became interested in becoming a lawyer, I worked in the Colorado Attorney General's Office where I prosecuted professional licensees for professional malpractice and negligence claims. I then became a Prosecutor in Hawaii where I prosecuted alleged criminals on Oahu.
