Jason Marcus represents whistleblowers in False Claims Act and other qui tam actions nationwide. Mike Bothwell graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University Law School in 1991, earning membership in the Order of the Coif. He was an editor of the BYU Law Review, where he published two articles. Prior to beginning his practice, Mr. Bothwell clerked for the Honorable Richard C. Freeman, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia.
