Prior to founding Rigney Law, Kassi was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for nearly 12 years, handling all types and levels of criminal offenses. Kassi’s primary focus was drug offenses, practicing in the Major Felony Drug Courts for 8 years. During this time, she trained both attorneys and police department personnel on the handling of drug crime cases and investigations, including the writing and lawful execution of narcotics and firearm-targeted search warrants. Kassi concluded her tenure at the MCPO handling civil litigation in the Civil Asset Forfeiture Division.

For over 35 years, Mr. Kruse has represented injury victims in over 50 counties across the State of Indiana, as well as Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan.
