Deirdre Digrande is a litigation attorney with 15 years of experience in a wide breadth of practice areas including commercial disputes, intellectual property, real estate and construction law. In her construction practice, Ms. Digrande has represented property owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractor cross-defendants. Ms. Digrande obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law. Ms. Digrande has worked in some of the most prominent San Francisco law firms; most recently, the Pittsburgh-based law firm of K&L Gates, LLP.

Mr. Casady is a partner in the firm’s Sacramento, California office. His prior professional experience includes more than 13 years as a claims adjuster for a major property and casualty carrier, as well as more than a decade as an arbitrator resolving liability and damage disputes between insurance carriers.
