I limit my practice to representation of persons charged with a criminal offense. I am admitted to Practice in the State of Kansas, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. We are here to help you if you are charged with a crime.

I have practiced law in Kansas since 1995, and my primary area of focus is family law with emphasis on contested child custody proceedings. I have appeared in more than 50 different Kansas counties, and tried hundreds of cases to the Court. I have argued more than 30 appeals, and tried more than 20 jury trials.

I completed trial advocacy and appellate advocacy training with the United States Department of Justice, and the mediation training for the State of Kansas. I have helped more than 500 clients with divorces, custody matters, paternity matters and adoptions.

Richard A. Samaniego is a member at Gibson Watson Marino LLC. He is a civil litigation attorney with an emphasis on Family Law, Probate and Estate Planning.

I handle Misdemeanor and Felony cases as well as Probation Violations. Specifically, I handle DUI, Domestic Violence, Drug Possession, Petty Theft, Driving While Suspended, and Driving Without Insurance cases as well as other Traffic Violations and Speeding Tickets.
