For the past five years, I have successfully represented employees across the nation on wage issues against many of the largest employers in the country. I am dedicated to helping employees recover wages that are owed by employers. In addition to wage related issues, I also represent employees with other employment claims including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination and severance agreements.

I graduated law school in 1990. After three years in the Public Defender's Office, where I tried over 30 felony jury trials, I opened my solo law practice in 1993. I started filing bankruptcies in 1997, fell in love with it, and I have limited my practice to bankruptcy since 2003.
