Kelly Davidzuk is the Managing Partner at Stange Law Firm, PC, and is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas. She is also a trained mediator and collaborative law attorney. Kelly earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Appalachian School of Law in Virginia. Sean represents employees in state courts and federal courts on issues ranging from wage and hour, illegal terminations, FMLA, ADA, restrictive covenants, to whistleblower matters.

Additionally, Sean represents employees before the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Administrative Law Judges, a federal administrative court that adjudicates whistleblower retaliation claims in the transportation, financial, and consumer product sectors.
