Having grown up in a family with a history of land development and new home construction I have a unique insight into real estate and commercial transactions. I bring twenty years of financial experience and fifteen years of criminal law experience to the firm. My financial skills were honed at the Wall Street offices of J.P. Morgan, Chase Manhattan Bank and Kidder Peabody. My criminal law skills were developed as a Public Defender and as the First Assistant Prosecutor in Ocean County.

Mr. Di Stefano has handled well over a thousand Municipal Court/Traffic and Criminal cases with a strong concentration in DWI/DUI violations and Criminal Defense. In addition to Municipal Court violations, Mr. Di Stefano has extensive experience in defending clients on indictable offenses in the Superior Court system.
