After spending several years as an associate attorney working in insurance insolvency and corporate bankruptcy with Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, DC, I returned with my family to my hometown of Clarkston, Washington. There, I practiced law at Clements, Brown & McNichols in Lewiston, Idaho, for four years. I founded McKarcher Law PLLC in Clarkston in 2017 to focus exclusively on estate planning and administration. During law school, I interned for a federal district judge in DC, served as Managing Editor of The George Washington Law Review, and graduated Order of the Coif in the top 2% of my class....
